Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Order will be shipped within 3 business days. You will get an email confirmation. Expedited orders are available upon request. Dried flowers are delicate in nature and while we will make every effort to pack them securely, there may be some breakage during transport or handling.  Please review our return policy for more information.

Return Policy: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in it's original packaging, and shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. We do not accept returns without prior approval. Please email hello@ecrubymoss.com for a return. A written request for a return must be submitted within 3 days of the day your package is received. Refunds can take up to 5 -10 business days dependent on the financial institution processes. Have questions?
